Mission
Management & Leadership Club is a cross-functional club that provides a comprehensive forum to develop members into effective leaders in marketing, finance, strategy, and operations management careers. It offers leadership potential, employer exposure, and networking benefits to its members.
Stakeholders
Current Students: Management & Leadership Club will develop students into the leaders of tomorrow by giving valuable exposure to a wide array of functional and developmental experiences not offered through the standard curriculum.
Prospective Students: Management & Leadership Club will attract competitive, well-rounded students looking for a range of experiences while earning their MBA.
Potential Employers: Management & Leadership Club will develop students into attractive candidates with a range of functional experience. Its members are well-rounded and prepared to contribute and lead in a variety of roles.
Alumni: Management and Leadership Club will provide networking opportunities, speaking engagement potential, and invites to campus for meeting and recruiting candidates. It also provides meet up dates for past and current members to connect and share experiences about Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business, and Management & Leadership Club.
Activities
Skill Building: Get a chance to develop and master new skills like improvisation, networking, strategic decision making, presentation alternatives, and company facilitated case work.
Corporate Presentations: Hear from a number of companies ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to small business startups about career opportunities, industry insights, and key success stories in management.
Mentoring: Gain valuable relationships through mentoring with second-year students. Master your coaching and developing skills that are key to success in a management career.
Networking: Connect with current students, alumni, and corporations through scheduled networking events geared toward lasting relationships and idea-sharing in management strategy. Also, join us at our monthly business movie nights hosted at the Mendoza College of Business.
