MBA Resources, Energy, Greentech, and Sustainability Club
We strive to provide insights into current developments in the areas of renewable and conventional energy, energy efficiency and cleantech. We aspire to educate students about professional opportunities and research activities in the energy realm. We do this through providing “boots-on-the-ground” experience such as field trips and company visits as well as through interaction with impactful leaders from the energy industry. The club represents a great opportunity to meet your fellow University of Notre Dame students interested in energy and resource issues. From general get togethers to the most substantively dense workshops, talks, case competitions and other opportunities, to get to know one another and have fun will always be our priority.
Our goal is to make Notre Dame’s MBA track a recognized nation’s program for energy and resources research, entrepreneurship and professional development in the energy business. Our activities will focus on expanding current curriculum offerings (new course Strategic management of Energy and Resources) , strengthening the business school’s alumni and professional network, and promoting energy and resources- related events, case competitions, discussions and trips - tours of energy facilities and cleantech companies. We also plan to work directly with the career coaches and mentors at Mendoza to develop and maintain relationships with leading and emerging companies in the energy business.
