Purpose
The LGBTQ+ and Allies Club is an identity-based resource group that supports various needs of the community and its allies at Mendoza and throughout Notre Dame.
We seek to foster diversity through inclusion by affirming the worth and dignity of LGBTQ+ identities and making all feel they belong.
Pillars
Heal with Tenderness: inspire empathy for the LGBTQ+ community and seek to reconcile by creating space for open dialogue.
Unify for Strength: promote radical togetherness and camaraderie across members/allies, joining arms with all diversity groups.
Enlighten with Truth: educate members/allies on historical realities and current events that affect the LGBTQ+ community.
